Olga is a Money Whisperer and Founder of Rags to Riches Consulting. Olga empowers individuals and creative leaders to make money choices with confidence so they can unleash life’s full potential. She is also a published author of “Shmoney Guide: Making Money Choices Doesn’t Need to Be So Scary” focusing on personal finance advice.
Tell us about your business and brand.
I help creatives get comfy with the money in their lives and businesses. My specialty is taking complex, money topics and creating articles that are engaging, straight to the point with practical and actionable takeaways.
What inspired you to pursue this area?
I remember the first time I had a money setback and the shame I felt. “I’m an accountant,” I thought, “I should know better.” That wasn’t my first setback or my last, I began working on habits that would help me avoid those setbacks. Even with a background in accounting, I fell into the traps many others fall into.
The advice I read made me feel judged and talked down to. I decided it was time to bring financial literacy a fresh perspective, no judgments, with a smile and a helping hand.
What’s one piece of advice you would share with new entrepreneurs?
Don’t get lost in the planning, I spent three months preparing for my first client session. After my first session, I scrapped 2/3 of the work and reworked for my next client. Starting something new can scary don’t let it stop you. You’ll learn so much from the experience and level up to the next level quicker.

I’m working on growing the audience for my podcast, 9 Minutes of Creative Wisdom. I speak to creatives about business advice, money with a sprinkle of fun.
