After 15 years of selling homes as a successful Real Estate Broker, a high-risk pregnancy & birth of a newborn baby forever changed the life of Sharena Loggins. Now a Reiki Master, Crystal Alchemist, and owner of The Regal Phoenix crystal shop, Sharena has turned her decade long passion for collecting healing crystals and using intention candles, into a six-figure online business that helps everyone recognize the healer inside.
The Regal Phoenix was created from a place that Sharena calls her Rock Bottom Season. During her toughest times, she found herself still buying and gifting crystals to her friends and associates that needed to begin a healing process or were starting to explore the metaphysical realm.
Launched on her daughter’s first birthday 11/20/2018 and in the midst of heavy postpartum depression, The Regal Phoenix was born and quickly placed on hold. Although barely operating for the first quarter of the year, The Regal Phoenix quickly went viral on Pinterest in 2019 and the rest has been history. A true testimony that when you heal and become aligned, you can manifest anything!
The shop offers crystal prescriptions for issues such as anxiety, weight loss, fertility, lack of money, lack of sleep, and more. It also provides popular metaphysical supplies such as white sage, Florida water, incense, and intention candles. The products were birthed from crystal prescriptions and rituals Sharena used to pull herself out of postpartum depression, lose 60lbs, and change her finances completely around.

LM: Tell me a little bit about yourself.
SF: Born & raised in Chicago, I am a 38-year-old Wife, Mom of 5 & Entrepreneur. I have been an entrepreneur for over 15 years starting out as a Real Estate Agent. I own & manage Maison Fleur Realty Group with locations in both Atlanta & Chicago serving first time home buyers and relocation clients. I am currently focused on my new business and passion project, The Regal Phoenix.
LM: Tell us about your business.
SF: The Regal Phoenix is a metaphysical supply store that offers crystals, candles, and metaphysical tools. Our crystal prescription kits help to heal issues such as anxiety, weight loss, lack of funds, and insomnia. We also sell incense and hand-poured intention candles that are infused with crystals and Reiki. Our most popular items include the white sage bundles, smudge kits, and “Get money” boxes.
LM: What prompted you to start your business?
SF: The Regal Phoenix was born out of desperation. The year 2017 had been extremely trying for my family so in 2018 I had to do something that could replace my real estate income and allow me to stay home with my newborn. Collecting crystals & candle magic had just been a decade long spiritual practice, but at the suggestion of some really dope friends who I had been gifting crystals too, Regal Phoenix was born.
LM: Have you always aspired to be an entrepreneur? Why or why not?
SF: I had not thought about becoming an entrepreneur until I met my husband 17 years ago
LM: What’s the best part of being an entrepreneur?
SF: The best part of being an entrepreneur is the freedom. That does not mean I’m not busy, however, I have the freedom to determine when I am busy and when I am not. I have the freedom to decide how my days go and what gets done. I am in control.
LM: What’s the worst part of being an entrepreneur?
SF: The worst part of being an entrepreneur is being the end all, be all in the beginning. Doing everything by yourself is rough and stressful. Hiring my children relieved a great deal of stress that allowed me to scale our store really fast.
LM: Who’s your inspiration? Why?
SF: My children are my inspiration. It is my goal to provide them with a life they don’t have to heal from.

LM: Name a time when things didn’t go right. What happened and how did you get past it?
SF: I had a whole year of things not going right! I remained steadfast in my spirituality and I called on my ancestors for help. Everything we need is inside of us, we just need to learn how to tap into it.
LM: Where do you see your business in 3 years?
SF: Helping people all over the world discover the healer in themselves and making multiple 6 figures.
LM: What advice would you give a new entrepreneur?
SF: Systems and processes are crucial to organization and efficiency. Implement systems and document your processes!
