LM: Can you tell our readers about yourself and where are you from?

RL: My name is Rosalyn L. I’m a from Bronx NY. I’m a writer and Radio Host of Words Of Advice on Jaundoonetwork.com

LM: That’s great sis. Now tell us how did you first get into Radio?

RL: Networking VERY hard! Started in NYC. Always loved to share information about different topics and I had a strong voice! I was told several times my voice was good for radio! I needed to get from behind the scenes and start marketing myself. So I did.

LM: Can you tell me some of your strengths that really helped you?

RL: People not supporting me! No marketing help. Coming out the struggle, we are at times faced with adversity and we have to sink or swim. I woke up tired of sleeping on myself. Tired of waiting on others to take me seriously. Being determined and passionate is my strength.

LM: How would you describe your style?

RL: I’m content with myself more. I’m real with myself. Not with others first but with ME. I found my voice and I’m happy about it.

LM: What type of networking do you think is better to enhance your traffic?

RL: Definitely Social media is a plus! Also being out PUBLICLY helps! Be SEEN. Digital Marketing as well. Sharing your expertise and information helps!

LM: What do you think is the best service business you can provide to your clients?

RL: Your honesty and your time. Be reliable and be professional. So online live chats are GREAT! Commenting and sharing info when asked questions too. Always try to connect.

LM: What would be your ideal working environment?

RL: Definitely on the stage speaking. I love to see people’s reactions when I speak.

LM: How do you manage time to run your radio show efficiently?

RL: Nothing special. I MAKE TIME!

LM: What do you think is the best strategy that worked well for you to get more support?

RL: Supporting OTHERS. Sharing other people’s projects and networking online more.

LM: How do you want to improve yourself in the next year?

RL: More traveling and better marketing! I want to stay creative and connected.

LM: What was your greatest failure and what did you learn from that?

RL: Loyalty in relationships. I found out you must lock in with others that want to grow with you and not compete with you. People will have goals and be in competition with the ones connected to them. Relationships suffer that way. I want my relationships with anyone to be united. I want to be connected with others so we can help each other. I don’t want the competition. I want to be around winners that don’t mind me WINNING as well.
