My Tribe: The Importance of Building a Tribe

You cannot be successful and do business alone. Let me repeat that! You cannot grow or build a successful business without building a tribe or women/men to help you. Whether you’re a solopreneur or have a partnership, you must connect with a group of people who can help you grow.

I have an awesome tribe of people who keep me grounded and support me. They motivate me and help me get through those hard days. But they also keep me in check and let me know when I’m out of order. Let me introduce you to them.

Crystal
This woman is truly an amazing friend. She’s gorgeous, funny as hell and has a huge heart of gold. Crystal and I met at work and have forged a friendship that will last a lifetime. She motivates me to do my very best and when I need correcting she doesn’t hesitate.

Kadie
Funny, beautiful and witty are just a few things to describe this diva. We met at work and have formed a formidable bond. If I need to lighten up or not be so serious about a matter, Kadie is the one who knows how to lift me up. Her humor is amazing and she cracks me up when we’re together.

Tate
If you want the real and don’t want it sugar coated, then Tate’s the man honey! He is handsome, smart and a jokester. You can always count on Tate for a good laugh. We also met at work and he’s truly an inspiration. He’s super creative and always has great business ideas.

These three individuals are super important to my well being as a person and as an entrepreneur. Having a tribe is super important and here are three reasons why.

Having a tribe is key as you grow and build your brand. They help you by holding you accountable, supporting you along with way and of course celebrating with you. I don’t know what I would do without my tribe. They are truly essential to my well being and my success.
