Prep the night before

Put out clothes and accessories for work.
Write your to-do list.
Review your schedule for the next day and make adjustments if need be.

Start your day with prayer and meditation

Spend some time alone with God or whomever you connect with on a spiritual level.
Spend some time alone meditating and becoming one with yourself.

Multitask the smart way

Listen to a podcast while getting ready for work or making breakfast.
Make phone calls while packing your lunch or on your commute to work.

Set positive intentions for the day

What are you saying to yourself every morning? Open your heart and mind to thinking greater about and for yourself. Think about all the positive things you will accomplish that day.

Make a gratitude list

What are you grateful for? Take a moment to write out the things you are grateful for. Not just the big things but the small ones as well. Showing gratitude helps improve your outlook on your day and life.
